Your data is stored securely on Microsoft Azure infrastructure within the European Union. Access is restricted to EGUM staff. We use HTTPS on all pages and apply industry-standard security practices.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as required to operate the certification service. You may request deletion at any time.
